Scotch Hall Shopping Centre has been in operation for five years, using a brand that has been successful in developing a level of recognition, mostly through the dominant use of its primary pink colour. With such a strong line-up of quality high street brands, renewed consideration needs to be given to the style of communication used and how the centre presents itself. The centre needed to re-engage with its existing market, while looking further afield. A refreshed brand was required that would offer a more flexible approach, connecting with a more gender balanced target market, while delivering greater recognition and recall.
