Developed in conjunction with plans for the Grand Opening Day of Bergen Town Center the function of the microsite was to act as an information point to visitors about upcoming activities and to generate entries for a shopper database.

Web traffic was high with a month on month increase of 31% on unique visitors from July 2009 to August 2009. Year to date comparisons showed an increase of 39% on unique visitors.

In total over 4,500 pieces of shopper data was collected through online and incentre activity giving Bergen Town Center a strong base for communications going forward.
