Jon is Account Director for the Glasgow office and has been working with Spirit for the last few years on many projects. He joined from DTZ where he was head of marketing and commercialisation for their retail portfolio, consisting of over 150 schemes. Prior to this he was a Centre Director at the St.Enoch Shopping Centre for over 6 years. He has also worked with brands such as Eurostar and South African Airways; and was also part of the senior team responsible for the renaissance of rail station retail in the late 80’s and early 90’s that saw stations transformed into shopping centres and rental income increasing tenfold. Jon’s current clients include the Hillstreet Shopping Centre, Middlesbrough; Stillorgan, Dublin; Kingsgate,Dunfermline and Ayr Central, Ayr. He is also providing commercialisation advice for K-Village Kendal, and Junction 1 Antrim.
